3. Eligibility

• Students below 18 years must have parental consent.
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for all activities performed through the student's account.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Account Registration

Users agree that:

• Login credentials remain confidential.
• Accounts are non-transferable.
• Multiple users cannot share a single account.

Junior Robo reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.

5. Demo Classes

Junior Robo may provide free or paid demo sessions. The company reserves the right to: Modify demo duration, Change mentor allocation, Discontinue demo offers without notice, and Limit demo availability.

Attendance in a demo class does not guarantee admission, enrollment, discounts, or future offers.

6. Course Enrollment

Enrollment becomes valid only after: Successful registration, Fee payment confirmation, and Verification by Junior Robo. Junior Robo reserves the right to reject any enrollment request without obligation to disclose internal reasons.

7. Fees & Payments

Users agree that: All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed, Payment must be made through approved payment channels, Delayed payments may result in service suspension, and Taxes and applicable charges are payable by the customer.

Junior Robo reserves the right to revise course fees for future enrollments.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be governed by the official Refund Policy available on the website. Refund requests may be reviewed for: Duplicate transactions, Technical failures attributable to Junior Robo, and Approved service-related concerns.

Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of Junior Robo management. Chargeback disputes initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension.

9. Class Scheduling & Rescheduling

Junior Robo may schedule classes based on: Teacher availability, Student availability, and Academic requirements.

Rescheduling requests: Must be communicated in advance, Are subject to mentor availability, and Are not guaranteed. Repeated absence without notice may result in loss of scheduled sessions.

10. Teacher Replacement

Junior Robo reserves the right to: Replace mentors, Change teaching assignments, and Reallocate instructors in case of operational, academic, or administrative requirements.

11. Student Conduct

Students must: Maintain respectful behavior, Avoid offensive language, Avoid harassment or discrimination, and Participate responsibly during live sessions. Junior Robo may remove or suspend users who violate conduct guidelines.

12. Parent Responsibilities

Parents/Guardians agree to: Provide accurate student information, Support class attendance, Monitor younger students during sessions when necessary, and Maintain a suitable learning environment.

13. Technology Requirements

Students are responsible for: Stable internet connection, Functional devices, Audio and video equipment, and Required software installations. Junior Robo shall not be liable for disruptions caused by user-side technical issues.

14. Class Recordings

For quality assurance, training, compliance, and educational purposes, Junior Robo may record: Live classes, Demo sessions, Meetings, and Support interactions. By using our services, users consent to such recordings where legally permitted.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All content including: Course Materials, Worksheets, Assessments, Coding Projects, Videos, PDFs, Graphics, Website Content, Logos, and Branding remain the exclusive property of Junior Robo.

Users may not: Copy, Record, Download, Reproduce, Distribute, Sell, or Publish without written permission.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not: Share course content publicly, Record sessions without authorization, Reverse engineer educational materials, Upload malware, Attempt unauthorized access, or Disrupt website functionality.

17. Certificates

Where certificates are offered: Issuance requirements may vary, Completion does not guarantee employment, admission, or professional recognition, and Junior Robo may modify certification criteria at any time.

18. Educational Outcomes Disclaimer

Junior Robo does not guarantee: Exam scores, Academic rankings, Olympiad results, School admissions, Scholarships, or Career opportunities. Student performance depends on effort, participation, attendance, and learning ability.

19. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party providers including: Video conferencing tools, Payment gateways, Analytics systems, and Communication platforms. Junior Robo is not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by such providers.

20. International Students

Junior Robo serves learners from multiple countries. International users are responsible for complying with their local laws regarding online education, payments, taxes, and internet usage.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junior Robo shall not be liable for: Data loss, Service interruptions, Device failures, Internet issues, Indirect damages, Loss of profits, or Educational outcome disputes.
